Recruitment of Student Hosts for CEDARS Weeks of Welcome Programme

Recruitment of Student Hosts for CEDARS Weeks of Welcome Programme

Dear Students,

The Weeks of Welcome (WoW) programme
is one of CEDARS’ flagship programmes to provide a comprehensive induction programme for incoming non-local students. The activities, which are a mixture of fun, fact-finding, visits and tours, aim to help the newly-arrived students settle down, induct into the local way and get to know about the new environment and people.

The WoW programme will be held from 13 January 2025 onwards.

If you are a current HKU student with fluent spoken English and/or Cantonese, proactive in helping others, friendly and sociable with
commendable communication and engagement skills, we would love to have you join us. Previous experience as a student host/ambassador will be an advantage. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!
