Welcome to CEDARS’ Orientation Day!

This is a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, get to know your local student hosts and start your journey at our university on a high note. We can’t wait to see you there!

10:00am -11:30am	Orientation Talk (Main Session) * Students will come together to learn important information about the university and meet their fellow peers.
11:30am-12:15pm	Session for Postgraduate Students* It is a dedicated session that will provide valuable support and insights into your academic journey ahead.
11:30am-1:30pm	Campus Quest for undergraduate and exchange students * It is a campus orienteering activity designed exclusively for our undergraduate and exchange students. Get ready to explore the campus and make new friends along the way!
12:30pm-5:00pm	Student Club Fair Don't forget to visit our mini student club fair where you can discover different clubs and societies available on campus. (No prior registration is required.)
6:00pm–8:00pm	GLOCAL Connector Kickoff The Kickoff event is the perfect opportunity for 50 GLOCAL Connectors (current students) to meet and welcome new non-local undergraduates to campus. (Undergraduates will receive a separate invitation email in August.)

We will record the "Main Session" and the "Session for Postgraduate Students". The recordings will be available on Moodle in September 2024. Please watch out for our announcement.

Registration will be closed when the quota is full, and it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students who have successfully registered for the event will receive a confirmation email with details by 27 August 2024.
