心的敏銳能夠啟發出深刻的洞察力,明辨是非,智慧抉擇,開啟幸福快樂之道;即所謂「快樂學習、學習快樂。」
Zen art is a way of learning meditation and arts.
Mindfulness is the foundation of cultivating a keen heart with sensory learning; i.e. “practise to be silent, silent practice”
Deep insight, clear justification and more wisdom can be gained through the practice. Happiness comes afterwards; i.e. “learning happily, happy learning”.

在港大百周年花園草地,享受一個寧靜的下午,有音樂、頌缽、瑜伽、經行、擊鼓、茶湯、吹風……參加者只需靜靜的跟隨,不用擔心懂不懂,只要打開心讓自己參與,以感官學習培養敏銳的心; 即所謂「學習不說話,不說話學習。」
Let’s enjoy a silent afternoon with music, singing bowls, yoga, walking, drumming, tea cha and the outside air at the Centennial Garden. You don’t have to worry about whether you understand or not. You just need to open your heart and participate. Learn not to speak and practice silence.

Bio of Instructor(s) 導師簡介:
常展法師 Venerable Chang Zhan
常展法師為法鼓山創辦人聖嚴法師弟子,英國倫敦藝術大學(University of the Arts London)藝術碩士,法鼓山僧伽大學禪學系畢業,現任法鼓山香港道場監院(Director)。
Venerable Chang Zhan, is a disciple of Master Sheng Yen, the founder of Dharma Drum Mountain. He obtained his Master of Arts degree from the University of the Arts London and graduated from the department of Chan, Dharma Drum at Sangha University. He is currently the Director of the Dharma Drum Mountain Hong Kong Centre.
曾文通先生 Mr. Tsang Man Tung
曾文通畢業於香港演藝學院,2010年美國耶魯大學戲劇學院研究學者。曾獲香港藝術發展局「年度最佳藝術家」、世界劇場設計展佈景設計專業組銀獎。
他是頌缽演奏家,修習密傳喜瑪拉雅頌缽手法,曾在世界各地演出。2018年出版香港首張頌缽音樂專輯《聲音原本》。
Tsang Man Tung graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and was a special research fellow at the Yale School of Drama in 2010/11. Tsang has received numerous local and international awards including the Best Artist Award at the Hong Kong Arts Development Awards and the Silver Prize for Set Design at the “World Stage Design” 2017.
He is a skilled singing bowls performer and has given performances in Hong Kong and internationally . He released Hong Kong’s first singing bowl album The Seed of Sound: Singing Bowl in 2018, with a pursuit in vibrational and energy activities.
林灒桐女士 Ms. Lam Tsan Tong Mavis
畢業於香港演藝學院中樂系。林灒桐一直活躍於舞台,常以琵琶演奏家身份出訪歐洲、中南美、澳洲等多個國家,2003年參與成立香港「無極樂團」,現為該團團長。
林氏近年參與的音樂及劇場表演包括:羅永暉「意境音樂劇場」系列、香港舞蹈團《紅樓‧夢三闋》及《觀自在》、芬蘭Kuhmo音樂節等;最近應邀參演江蘇省演藝集團歌劇及舞劇院舞劇《桃花扇》,擔任彈琵琶的李香君一角並負責劇中所有琵琶音樂創作。
Mavis Lam graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and hasperformed extensively as a soloist in Hong Kong andinternationally. She is currently the Music Manager of “Wuji Ensemble”, which was formed by renowned Hong Kong composer, Law Wing Fai in 2003.
Lam is actively involved in Wuji Ensemble’s current three-year project: “Atmospheric Music Theatre”. Her recent main performances have included, “Reveries of The Red Chamber” & Mindful Theatre “Vipassana” by the Hong Kong Dance Company, Dance Drama “The Peach Blossom Fan” directed by Tang Shu Wing, Miu Chuk Yin and Xing Liang in Nanjing, and a performance at the Kuhmo Music Festival in Finland.

資深正念瑜伽導師, 曾於學校、公私營機構帶領正念瑜伽課程。
Shirley Wong is an experienced Mindful Yoga teacher (body and mind), stress reduction and yoga therapy teacher.
