Summary 內容: | Due to the unstable weather, the programmes on 21/4 will be held at MB240 (2/F, Main Building). Let’s move on to a Greener Future! This year marks the 53rd anniversary of the annual Earth Day as well as the 5th anniversary of our HKU Herb Garden. The theme of Earth Day 2023, “Invest in Our Planet”, reminds people to take actions and put more efforts on combating Climate Change. To maximise the positive impacts of our Holistic Urban Farming projects, we are joining hands with Caritas Mok Cheung Sui Kun Community Centre (Kennedy Town)* and a series of activities about urban gardening, food choices, DIY upcycling and mindful music sharing will be presented on Apr 21 (Fri) & May 1 (Mon) to share the joy of green living to HKU community as well as our neighbourhood. From fresh locally-grown produce, farm-to-table experience, DIY workshop, to music jam, we invite you to share, to connect with our community who devote to an eco-friendly lifestyle and wellness of the community and the environment.
