Understanding and Navigating Grief in times of Loss
Grief is a
natural emotional response resulting from a significant loss of our loved one
i.e. relatives, friends or pets. Every one of us would inevitably face the loss
experiences in life, yet the emotional process is often misunderstood or
overlooked. By addressing the complexities of grief and its impact on our
emotional and social aspects, the workshop would facilitate better
understanding on our grief experiences, also to offer tools and insights to
navigate through the challenging journey of grief.
After the end of the workshop, you will:
- Increase awareness on the grieving process and common reactions
towards bereavement;
- Have better understanding on the multifaceted aspects of grief and
its impact on individuals;
- Learn adaptive ways to cope with our grief reactions.
