Join us as we come together to celebrate World Mental Health Day! This year, we are excited to present a series of engaging activities designed to promote mental well-being and foster community connections.
Spiral Out of Burning Out

CoPE Ding Ding: DIY Crystal Clear Candle Workshop
Do you love scented candles? There is something truly special about lighting a candle in your room to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for your “Me time.”
Join us in celebrating World Mental Health Day with this handicraft workshop promoting creativity and well-being. Customise your own candles with a variety of colours and scents tailored to your individual style. Plus, you will have the chance to bring home your own Crystal Clear Candle, a perfect addition to your self-care toolkit.

Online Talk: Let's Talk about Mental Health: Building Self-care Habits (In collaboration with Jockey Club TourHeart+)
Mental health isn't just about the absence of mental illness—we all have mental health. We can do much to care for and maintain our mental well-being, especially during stressful times. In honour of World Mental Health Day (10 October 2024), let's take a chance to learn more about mental health, how it relates to us, and simple steps we can take to incorporate self-care practices into our busy lives.
By the end of the workshop, you will gain insights into:
- What mental health is and mental health in Hong Kong;- The impact of stress on our mental well-being;
- Self-care APE: essential components of self-care;
- Practical tips for integrating self-care into our daily routine.
