HKU CEDARS is delighted to announce the launch of AI Career 360. All HKU current students and new graduates can use the A.I. CV Checker and Interview Simulator to enhance your employability.

CV Checker

CV, which stands for curriculum vitae, is a professional document to highlight your education, experience, and achievements. When you apply for jobs, your CV needs to be tailor-made to the position and be able to successfully pass through the application tracking system (ATS), which is a software used by many employers to collect, sort, scan, and rank the applications.

With CV Checker, you will know the secrets of making an ATS-friendly CV. CV Checker is a CV review tool to revolutionalise the standard of CVs for students and new graduates seeking employment. It scores a CV against more than 50 checks that commonly trip up an ATS. Within seconds, you will receive not only detailed feedback on file, presentation, structure, content, skills, and language, but also unique checks on CV such as time-to-read, average sentence length, employability skills, and skills dominance!

Interview Simulator

Video interview has become a norm in the recruitment process. It can take several forms including in-office, remote, live, and pre-recorded. Getting yourself familiar with the technology, making eye contact via webcam, and using effective body language in a video interview will help you successfully pass through the selection.

Interview Simulator is a revolutionary AI-powered interview training tool that helps all student and new graduates to optimise their performance for in-person and video interviews. You can take a mock video interview and receive instant AI feedback on your communication, body language, and speech. By using Interview Simulator, you will know how to present yourself as the right person for the job!

Please follow the registration / login instruction below to get access to the platform. Once logged in, select "Tools" at the top menu and click on "Interview Simulator".

For HKU students, please go to AI Career 360 and sign in as "Student" (login via HKU Portal).

For HKU new graduates, you can access AI Career 360 for additional one year after graduation (until 31 August of the year following graduation) by registration. Please submit your registration form via HKU CEDARS.
