Description: Yum Cha is a popular practice in Cantonese culture which we eat dim sum and drink tea. Dim sum is a style of cuisine prepared as small bite-sized portions of steamed, pan-fried or deep-fried food served in a bamboo steamer. It includes different kinds of dumplings like Xiao Long Bao, shumai and shrimp dumplings, rolls like the spring rolls and rice noodle rolls and a variety of buns. In Hong Kong, we usually go to Yum Cha with our family and friends during weekends and gather together as a family or social function. (Please be expected to pay about HK$80-$100 to cover your own expenses.)
