Description: Hotpot is a simmering pot of soup with a load of ingredients in it such as meat, vegetables, dumplings, seafood, etc. It is popular in East Asia and Hong Kong, we called it “Da Bin Lo”. It is an important part of Hong Kong culture. We usually do it with a large group of people as we eat and chit-chat. Many local families do that at home too, especially during winter! (Please be expected to pay about HK$100-$200 to cover your own expenses.)
