DA BIN LO (打邊爐) - a genuine Hong Kong Style Hot Pot experience in Kennedy Town

Description: Hotpot is a simmering pot of soup with a load of ingredients in it such as meat, vegetables, dumplings, seafood, etc. It is popular in East Asia and Hong Kong, we called it “Da Bin Lo”. It becomes a culture in Hong Kong. We usually do it with a large group of people. We eat and chit-chat during Da Bin Lo. Many local families do that at home too, especially during winter! (Please be expected to pay about HK$100-HK$200 to cover your own expenses.)

Registration is required. Meeting place will be in campus. Details will be emailed to registered participants 2 days before the event is held.
