Be a student tutor of the “Survival Cantonese” Programme
Any native Cantonese speakers are welcome to apply for the post of “Cantonese Peer Tutor”. Successful applicants will serve as student tutors of the “Survival Cantonese” Programme which is specially designed for non-local students to learn basic Cantonese for their better adjustment to a new learning and social environment.
Peer Tutors will conduct one-to-one Cantonese conversational tutoring sessions
in the 1st semester. Each 1.5-hour session will cover 30 daily Cantonese
phrases. The tutoring schedule is very flexible. Tutors can pick the
timeslots that suit their own schedule.
If you are interested, please register for a “Group Briefing” session and an
individual interview by filling in the on-line form.
