Recruitment of Peer Facilitator for CEDARS Non-Academic Induction 2023

Dear students,

 

Hope you are enjoying your summer break!

CEDARS is looking for a group of energetic and motivated students to serve as Peer Facilitators for CEDARS Non-academic Induction Talk on 18 August 2023. 

We believe that your colourful HKU learning experience will benefit many new students and help them embark on their new learning journey at HKU.

Role of Peer Facilitator

1.      Lead a group of 10 to12 new undergraduate students;

2.      Facilitate the student networking activities;

3.      Share your HKU learning experience and tips with the new students.

Time Commitment

1.      Briefing and Training Session: 5 August (Sat), 10:00 a.m. -12:30 p.m. or 9 August (Wed), 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (identical sessions); and

2.      CEDARS Non-academic Induction Talk: 18 August (Fri), 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m..

Appreciation

In honour of your contribution, you will be rewarded with:

1.      CEDARS reward points; 

2.      HK$200 honorarium; and

3.      Souvenirs.

Application Method

If you are interested, please fill in the application form on or before 20 July 2023 (Thursday). 

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a Zoom interview on 26 or 27 July.
