- Full
prepayment is required in advance prior to the arrival and is strictly
non-transferable and non-refundable
- No
cancellation or amendment is allowed once the reservation is confirmed with an
agreement signed. In case of a shortened stay, a charge equivalent to the rate
for the whole stay will be incurred
- In
case of any request for an extension of stay after the period will be subject
to (i) the Hotel’s confirmation of the availability of the requested room
category, (ii) the room rate offered by the Hotel, and (iii) the signing of a
new agreement. Room charges for an extension must be prepaid to guarantee the
reservation extension
- The
registered guest will be responsible for all room charges and associated
incidental charges during the entire stay. Incidental charges are to be settled
on a weekly basis
