| Terms & Conditions | - Minimum stay of SIX calendar months. For further renewal licence period is less than 1 calendar month, will be calculated on pro rata basis.
- NO early termination is allowed on both parties signed contract.
- Leisure Room is located on 1st floor, advance reservation at reception is required and limited usage time per unit.
- Cost of electricity is included and subject to a cap of HK$550.00 – HK$750.00 per calendar month.
- Cost of water is included and subject to a cap of HK$50.00 - HK$100.00 per calendar month.
- Advance Serviced Apartments reservation is required and rooms are subject to availability.
- Security deposit is required. Security deposit will be returned around Thirty (30) working days after departure.
- Once the agreement is signed or booking guaranteed by payment, NO CANCELLATION will be allowed.
- Not allow to keep any pets in particular units, Smoking is forbidden in the room and common areas of the building.
