Early Termination by the Licensee: 1. If the Licensee or the Occupants (where the Licensee is a corporate entity) wish to terminate this Agreement at any time prior to the expiration of this Agreement, the Licensee shall submit a written notice to the Licensor stating (i) the reason along with supporting documents; and (ii) the termination date on which the Guest shall vacate the Premises in the same manner as he/she moved in. 2. The Licensee agrees that in that event, full amount of the Deposit shall be forfeited and the Licensee shall be liable to the Licensor for 50% of the License Fee for the remaining term of this Agreement calculating from the said termination date. 3. All paid amount will be non-refundable. |
