The Making of PeaceMakers
2014 is not just the year of the World Cup. It also marks the 100th anniversary of World War I and the 75th anniversary of the start of World War II. At the other extreme, 2014 also marks the 45th anniversary of Woodstock. Therefore, after the motif of "The Making of ChangeMakers" in Semester 1 of 2013-14, GE would like to present "The Making of PeaceMakers" in Semester 2. We are proud to join with UNESCO (HK) to build activities with a global vision. Other than the ConFest, GE has also conceived a wide spectrum of courses and activities under the categories of Politics, Economics & Finance, F:A:C:E: (Fascinating Arts and Cultural Experiences), Personal & Lifestyles, Technology & Ethics, and Happy 2gether. We have endeavoured to create a programme of activities which we trust you will find both interesting and inspirational. |
