第1節 幸福論
一個太陽依舊從東邊升起的早上，你如常跳下床，跳上前往香港大學的巴士。司機的目光依然冷峻，身旁的他們，眼球緊緊盯在掌上那發光螢幕。十半的課，料想教授也按照舊劇本以拍子機般的韻律完成任務。一切都如常進行，一切都規規矩矩。「過得快樂嗎？一切意義何在？」突然這問題來襲。
幸福是甚麼？劉保禧博士將帶領我們思考幸福之道。
劉保禧博士 Dr. Lau Po Hei
研讀哲學出身，現為香港中文大學通識教育部講師，講授《論語》、《聖經》及《社會契約論》等人文經典。任職中大哲學系期間，負責幸福論、邏輯與論辯等通識科目。2011年以「幸福」為主題，出版《不是雞精：幸福哲學六論》。

第2節 九十後的北漂生活
北漂一族，即到北京工作定居，卻沒有戶口的人。
中國改革開放，機會遍地，北上發展是潮流，搵人仔最痛快。一個九十後香港大學精算系畢業生，選擇到北京開始事業。「北漂的香港人，大部分是事業上了軌道的。」他說：「在這裡由零開始的九十後，寥寥可數。」走在國貿與三里屯之間，同一天空下，呼吸着不同的空氣。
二十出頭的他，將與我們分享他的心路歷程。
陳家浚先生 Mr. Sam Chan
香港九十後，2012年香港大學精算系畢業後，隻身到北京工作。現任再保險公司傷害險核保師。業餘喜歡書法及設計，獨愛蘇州。曾多次獲得全港青少年書畫比賽書法組冠軍，與師門舉辦心畫書學會書法展覽，現於北京學習國畫。大學時期曾設計懲罰撲克，於年宵及港大宿堂裡大賣；現工餘與三名北漂香港電商創業青年合作營銷懲罰撲克。

Session 3 Antarctica –A War on Resources
有沒有想過你經常使用的智能電話、電腦、甚至身邊的一檯一櫈，是用甚麼原料製造？這些平日在城市中看似手到拿來的物件，其實大部分都是利用其它國家蘊藏於地底的天然資源所製造的。南極洲是現時世界七大洲中唯一未被人類開發其天然資源的大陸。但地球的資源是有限的。面對著資源日漸枯竭，南極洲將無法獨善其身。南極的資源應否被開採呢？南極的未來將何去何從？
國際南極考察2014香港代表朱晉德先生將與你分享其在南極野外的所見所聞及南極天然資源的保育現況。
Do you ever wonder what objects around you, such as your mobiles and laptops, are made of? Most parts of them actually come from the Earth crust of somewhere far away from our city. Out of the seven continents on the Earth, Antarctica is the only unexploited continent. However, the resources on the Earth are limited. When existing resources are close to exhaustion, massive exploitation projects are likely to occur in Antarctica. As global citizens, what should we do to avoid this from happening?
Mr. Jackie Chu, the representative of Hong Kong of the International Antarctic Expedition (IAE) 2014, will share his experience in the wilderness of Antarctica and the conservation status of natural resources there with you in this seminar.

現職野外地質師，國際南極考察2014香港唯一代表。熱愛冒險和喜歡具挑戰性的工作。2010年畢業於地球科學系，及後於英國修讀海洋地質學。並真正寓工作於興趣，曾先後前赴印尼及哈薩克從事野外勘探工作。
Geologist. The representative of Hong Kong of the International Antarctic Expedition (IAE) 2014. Mr. Chu is adventurous and likes facing challenge. He graduated from the Bachelor in Earth Sciences in 2010 and further his study in Marine Geosciences in the UK. After graduation, he had been working as a field geologist in Indonesia and Kazakhstan.
