| Summary 內容: | 梁卓偉以40歲之齡成為香港大學醫學院第40任院長，是醫學院成立以來第二年輕的院長。他當過政治任命官員，做過公共衞生醫學的大型研究。透過梁卓偉分享心路歷程以及與新一代對話，讓我們前瞻香港醫學和社會的前景，為未來困難重重的時代點起明燈。 這場講座是本學期《大學問》的第一節。 Prof. Gabriel Leung is the 40th Dean of Medicine at HKU, making him, at 40, the second youngest ever to lead the revered medical school. He was the first Under Secretary for Food and Health and fifth Director of the Chief Executive’s Office in government. His research expertise spans a wide spectrum of the public health sciences. Through the dialogue between Leung and the new generation, the episode will offer some insights into the way forward of the medical sector and the Hong Kong society. This is the first episode of Hall of Wisdom in the First Semester, 2018 – 2019. | Bio of Speaker(s) 講者簡介: | 梁卓偉教授為香港大學李嘉誠醫學院第四十任院長(2013起)，公共衞生醫學講座教授及施玉榮伉儷基金民眾健康教授。他曾任香港大學社會醫學系最後一任系主任(2012-3)、香港特區政府首任食物及衞生局副局長(2008-11)及第五任行政長官辦公室主任(2011-2)。 梁教授於2003年非典型肺炎疫症期間建立並率領大學傳染病流行病學研究小組，2009年主導特區政府抗擊H1N1流感大流行，並自2014年起擔任世衞傳染病流行病學及控制合作中心聯席總監。他亦是亞太區醫療融資及政策研究的先驅，曾任亞太衞生體系與政策觀察組織首任主席(2010-14)，現為該組織策略技術諮詢委員會召集人(2018起)。 梁教授獲多個國家和國際機構邀請擔任專家顧問，其中包括國家疾病預防控制中心、世界衞生組織、世界銀行、亞洲開發銀行、日本國際交流中心和法國巴斯德研究院。同時任北京協和醫院客座教授、國家衞健委衞生發展研究中心客座教授級研究員；香港社會醫學院副院長和公共衞生醫學學監(2006-8)、香港醫學專科學院院務委員(2012起)；並獲委任為醫院管理局(2013起)及大學教育資助委員會成員(2014起)。 梁卓偉畢業於加拿大西安大略大學醫學院，於多倫多大學完成家庭醫學專科培訓，並考獲哈佛大學公共衛生學碩士及香港大學醫學博士。 |
