| Summary 內容: | 地球日2025的主題為「地球力」（Our Power, Our Planet），希望透過每個人的努力，探索更好的能源選擇，一同建構更健康、可持續的未來。 今年是地球日55周年，亦是港大香草園7周年紀念。港大香草園以都市有機種植為理念，栽種各式香草，並定期舉辦不同活動，讓港大師生能在校園中感受自然，學習綠色生活的知識，促進身心健康。 歡迎港大師生於2025年4月22日（二）一同慶祝地球日和港大香草園成立日紀念日，活動詳情如下： The theme of Earth Day 2025 is "Our Power, Our Planet", aiming to increase the use of renewable energy through the unity of everyone. By working together, we can build a healthy and sustainable future. This year marks the 55th anniversary of Earth Day and the 7th anniversary of the HKU Herb Garden. Established in 2018, the HKU Herb Garden, is a serene spot on campus, dedicated to promoting urban organic farming and wellness to every HKUer. Explore a variety of herbs, engage with nature, and experience the serenity of this special space by joining our events. Come and join us to celebrate Earth Day and the anniversary of the HKU Herb Garden on 22 Apr 2025 (Tue). There will be a series of activities exploring the sustainability and green living style, including: ▮ 綠色市集 Mini Green Market 綠色市集希望通過推廣綠色產品，提升大家的環保意識。市集不僅提供本地新鮮農產品及素食產品，還設有即棄電池回收站和分享行山知識的攤位，讓大家從日常生活中，實踐綠色生活方式。 此外，綠色市集還會免費派發香草幼苗，記得不要錯過！ Mini Green Market aims to promote a green lifestyle by offering a variety of local and eco-friendly products. Explore fresh local produce, vegetarian options, and more! The market also features a primary battery recycling station and a booth sharing hiking tips—helping you kickstart your green living journey. ▮ 種植新手指南工作坊 "Planting from scratch” Workshop 想嘗試種植卻無從下手，不知道從何開始？我們邀請到本地農夫陳不凡先生教授種植的技巧，例如播種、水分管理、修剪等，從零開始園藝種植！ Want to try planting but don't know where to start? Come and learn from Mr. Chan Pak Fan, a local farmer, as he shares his farming tips, such as sowing, water management and pruning. Our instructor, Chef Betty Chan, will also share her insights on sustainable seafood, ensuring your stomach and mind leave completely satisfied! Don’t miss this chance to explore creative herb-infused baking and dive into sustainable practices.
