| Summary 內容: | 你知道嗎？每年超過二千萬件託運行李被各式各樣的原因丟失。換算下來，每一千個旅人中，大概至少有七個人在託運行李時，終結了與行李箱的緣分。手提行李因此成了最後的堡壘：不能割捨的，人們將它們都放在手提行李內。雖不能保證從此它們便永遠留在身邊，但至少它們可以多走一程。 人生亦是一趟旅程。也許我們都在前往不同的目的地，但我們一直在前往。 像你一樣珍貴的存在，理應也收納在你的手提行李內吧。 可惜在這個處處有掣肘的世界裏，手提行李亦有體積和重量限制。想像我們今天就要出發：如果要為人生收拾行囊，你會怎樣收拾你的隨身行李？ Do you know that more than twenty million pieces of checked luggage are lost every year? In other words, around seven in every one thousand travellers lose connection with their luggage after checking it in on a flight. Therefore, carry-on luggage became the safehouse for items where people can’t afford to lose. This doesn’t mean that these items can stay with you forever, but at least they can stay for another journey. Life is a journey. Perhaps we have different destinations, yet we are all moving forward. You are your most valuable possession, worthy to be packed into a carry-on luggage. But in a world filled with rules and regulations, carry-on luggages are limited by weight and dimensions. What about you? How would you pack your carry-on luggage? What kind of journey will you and your luggage embark on? Before setting off, let’s make the most of this final moment to talk about the stories behind this exhibition: the curation concept, the preparation process, and the hidden meanings.
