| Summary 內容: | This Forest Immersion Walk also known as Forest Therapy or Forest Bathing, involves a stroll through the forests. Participants will be led by the certified forest therapy guide into a natural playground to open their senses, walk silently with fellow companions, or pause to listen to the symphony of nature where you can immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the present moment and reconnect with Mother Earth. Let the forest be your therapist, supporting and healing you, while strengthening our bond with the natural world.
