Summary 內容: | Welcome to Global Green Kitchen—where cultures come alive through vegetarian dishes! Our student chefs from around the world share their favourite local specialties while telling stories about their culinary traditions. Our diverse lineup includes student chefs from Canada, mainland China, Ethiopia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Türkiye, and representatives from HKU catering services, BIJAS and 27 Kebab House.
