I. Singing Bowls Performance

Singing bowls are musical instruments renowned for producing healing frequencies that offer numerous benefits for the mind, body, and soul. The instructor will demonstrate using singing bowls to create a soothing ambience for meditation and relaxation. Participants can explore their inner desires, achieve balance, and reduce stress.

II. Green Living Day Camp

In today's fast-paced urban society, people often lose touch with life's true meaning and prioritise consumerism over well-being. This countryside day camp allows you to experience a simpler lifestyle, connect with nature, and rediscover happiness through hands-on activities.

III. Global Green Kitchen

Global Green Kitchen is a platform where students from different countries can display their cultures via vegetarian dishes. Student chefs are invited to present their local specialities and share their culinary traditions with the HKU community.

IV. Forest Immersion Walk
