Personal Profile
Mr Wilson C Kwok also has extensive experience in Corporate and financial management work, especially for the real estate development and property management industries.
He has been actively involved the re-structuring exercise for PRC Companies and is a director of a number of Hong Kong property development companies and is also a directors of two PRC Joint Venture property development companies. He was also a Chief Representative before for a Shanghai Representative office established by a Hong Kong property development company.
For the past 10 years or so, Mr Wilson C Kwok has been conducting extensive training courses for the Hong Kong Society of Accountants and other tertiary institutions each year.
