The radical approach to lightning by Jin Yu and Henry Tian of HKU was one of 3 winning designs at the finals of the Schneider Electric Energy Efficiency Cup in Kowloon Tong. HKU PhD students, Justin Jian and Yvonne Shao took the first prize with a high-efficiency variable speed-drive, used in lifts. |
